CLBC Care Management Software for BC Providers.

CLBC provider software for the work you actually do — residential, home share, community inclusion, and supported employment. Built in Canada, mapped to the way BC funds and reports.

Mapped to how CLBC actually works

Your contracts and reports aren't an afterthought.

The fields, the cycles, and the standards you already work to are first-class in Karis — built for the way BC funds and reports.

Individual Support Plans

ISP goals, supports, and reviews structured around BC practice — not a generic care-plan template.

Monthly reporting

Reporting shaped around what you submit, so month-end isn't a re-keying exercise.

Incident reporting standards

Incident forms carry the fields your reporting standards require, captured at the point of care.

Contract types

Residential, home share, community inclusion, and supported employment modelled as distinct contract types.

Why Karis, for BC

Three reasons it fits a CLBC provider.

Built in Canada, for BC funding.

Your data stays in Canada, with per-tenant database isolation — and the CLBC workflows are native to how you're funded and report.

Person-centered, like your practice.

The supported individual is the center of the record — consent, restrictions, and history included by design.

One system, referral to discharge.

Intake, ISP, daily ops, and reporting in a single platform — so nothing lives in a spreadsheet on someone's desktop.

Incident reporting

The CLBC critical incident report is a form in the system.

Incidents come out in the CLBC critical incident format — a finished PDF you review and file, not a generic form your coordinator retypes into the funder’s template on Monday morning.

It is a built-in system form with its own renderer, so the fields your reviewer expects are the fields your staff filled in at the point of care, on the shift it happened. You still file it with CLBC yourself — what Karis removes is the transcription step in between, and the errors that live there.

In production

Running a working agency, not a demo tenant.

Talitha Koum Society — a Coquitlam supportive-recovery agency in an adjacent sector — migrated off their previous system onto Karis Care in July 2026 and runs their programs on it today. Karis was built on their workflow, and it carries their residents, their records, and their reporting deadlines.

Switching to Karis

Moving off your current system, without the toll booth.

The hardest part of switching is usually the bill just to get started. We take that out.

  • Data migration commitment. We help move your records — migration assistance is included, not quoted.
  • No setup fees. No account fee, no setup charge to get going — you start by using the product, not by paying to access it.
  • No exit toll either. Export your reports in open formats whenever you like, and ask for a complete copy of everything at any point — we prepare it within five business days, free. Switching to Karis shouldn't cost you the ability to switch again.
  • And 60 days to change your mind. Tell us within 60 days of your first payment that Karis isn’t right for your agency and we refund everything you’ve paid — with your data exported and handed back.

Questions

CLBC software, answered plainly.

CLBC provider software, sometimes called CLBC care management software, is software built for the work Community Living BC providers actually do — residential, home share, community inclusion, and supported employment — covering intake, Individual Support Plans, daily notes, incident reporting, and the monthly reporting CLBC contracts require, in one system instead of spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

Yes. Residential, home share, community inclusion, and supported employment are modelled as distinct contract types, so each program's funding, staffing, and reporting are tracked the way CLBC actually structures them — not forced into a single generic care-plan template.

Yes. Karis Care is built and hosted in Canada, with per-tenant database isolation and Canadian data residency on every plan — your supported individuals' records are stored and processed in Canada and do not leave the country in the course of normal operation. Three support services run outside Canada — transactional email, error monitoring, and billing — and all three are named on our security page. None of them stores your records: notification emails leave out the supported individual's name and anything written about them, and billing carries your administrators' contact and payment details, never care records.

Yes. The CLBC critical incident report is a built-in system form with its own renderer, so an incident comes out in the CLBC format as a finished PDF you review and file — not a generic form your coordinator retypes into the funder's template afterward. You still file it with CLBC yourself. Monthly reporting is shaped around what BC providers actually submit, so month-end is not a re-keying exercise.

Yes. Data migration is included in onboarding, not quoted as a line item, and there are no setup fees. We help move your records so years of history come with you.

We charge only for the people you support. Staff, logins and storage are included, and there are no per-feature add-ons. Prices are published: Karis Care starts at $200/mo for up to 10 people on an annual commitment, billed monthly. See the pricing page.
