We charge only for the people you support. Staff, logins and storage are included. Care records, scheduling, timesheets, training and leave are all part of Karis Care. There are no add-ons and no setup fees.
Published pricing. These are our list prices. You don't need to ask for a quote to find out what Karis costs. Tell us how many people you support and we'll confirm your price with you, including migration from your current system.

Supporting more than 50 people? Each additional person is $2.50 a month. There is no enterprise tier.
Why we don't charge per login. When software is priced per user, each new hire or casual worker can push the bill up. With Karis, everyone can have their own login. Your price changes only when the number of people you support changes.
60-day money-back guarantee. If Karis isn't right for your agency, tell us within 60 days of your first payment and we refund everything you've paid. Your data comes with you on the way out.
Prices are per month on an annual commitment, billed monthly, and exclude applicable taxes. Pay by pre-authorized debit or card.

Because one price is easier to budget for. Care records and staff tools such as scheduling, timesheets, training, policies, credentials and leave are all part of Karis Care. The price depends on one number: the people you support.
Anyone with an active enrollment at any point in the billing month. Archived or discharged individuals don't count toward your price, but their history is kept.
No. Staff are included and logins are unlimited. Front-line workers writing care notes, casual staff and families viewing a record never change your price.
Each person past your band adds $10 a month, up to the price of the next band. For example, an agency supporting 28 people pays $350 + 3 × $10 = $380 a month. You never pay more than the next band up.
Each person above 50 adds $2.50 a month. An agency supporting 100 people pays $600 + 50 × $2.50 = $725 a month. There is no enterprise tier and no point where the price jumps.
Yes. Storage for care records and documents is unlimited, with fair use up to 1 TB per agency. Above that, we'll agree a plan with you.
It matches how BC agencies budget: Karis is approved once, against a fiscal year, rather than coming back as a decision every month. It also gives onboarding and data migration room to finish without a cancel date hanging over them. You're billed monthly, and anyone past your band is added to your monthly invoice, in arrears. Pay by pre-authorized debit or card. Published prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at invoice.
These are our published list prices. The conversation is about how many people you support, not about what we think you can afford. We'll scope multi-year and multi-site arrangements with you.
Yes. Data migration is part of onboarding and included in the price. It is not a separate line item.
